Marco Risso is one of the most respected coaches in Italian water polo and a lecturer at the FIN Coaches Academy.

Having started coaching youth teams while still a player, he has spent over thirty years coaching Serie A1 and A2 clubs in Italy and Malta, achieving promotions, youth titles, and international successes such as the Comen Cup. He is currently the head coach of Lavagna.

Known for his enthusiasm, communication skills, and focus on developing young players, Marco brings passion and expertise to the sport, making water polo an educational and enjoyable experience for all athletes.
